At HeyKobi, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we make returns and refunds simple.

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To start a return, please contact us at contact@heykobi.com and include your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your HeyKobi arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Please email contact@heykobi.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
